Payment is required in advance for all Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during checkout.
Digital courses and programs: 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content.
One-on-one coaching: Refunds available up to 48 hours before scheduled session. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
While we are committed to providing valuable guidance and support, individual results may vary. Success depends on many factors including your commitment, effort, circumstances, and implementation of the strategies taught. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.
Dr. Santosh Kaur and Santosh Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
